Physics.
Back when I was in high school, taking a physics class was a no brainer…
I never took one.
And then came college and out of those 120 credit hours needed to graduate with a 4 year degree, can you guess how many hours of physics I took?
Yep…
Zero.
I am forever grateful for these two, life altering choices that I made.
The reason is simple, if I had chosen to take a physics class while in high school or college, I would most likely still be taking that same physics class today.
Today, as I write this, I am a few months past my 53rd birthday.
I have never looked back.
Being a high school, social studies teacher, teaching Advanced Placement content to students, so that they can potentially earn college-level credit in high school, for over 27 years, is easy.
For me that is, not necessarily the students.
However, sitting in a physics class as a high school or college student?
Like I said earlier, I would still be in that class today…
As the student.
And so, as I wrap up this portion of SURTSPhysics, I would ask that you consider the following…
For a book that is not intended to be a book on science, let alone physics, it is quite amazing, not only on the amount of science that is in there, but the validity of the references regarding physics, that are in there.
Based on the evidence presented, I would submit to you there is absolutely nowhere in the Bible where the physics topics are unfounded. I would also submit to you that there is nowhere in the Bible where any scientific discovery since the Bible was put together, has yet to be proven false, regarding physics.
What is truly amazing is the fact that many of the facts above were already in the Bible before man and his science…and physics, ‘discovered’ them. In multiple cases, by hundreds or thousands of years.
What other religious book has this record?
The point is this:
While the Holy Bible is of course a religious book first and foremost, clearly, it is much more than that.
