Being both a World and European history teacher, on the surface I could probably just copy and paste everything that I have here, with everything that I (will have), on the SURTSHistory page.
I mean after all, isn’t the study of human beings and their ancestors through time and space…
History?
To copy and paste…or not copy and paste.
That is the question.
Here is the answer.
I would submit to you that the information contained here will ultimately help to prove the point that this whole website, (and blog), is ultimately about:
Someone. Upstairs. Runs. The. Show.
SURTSAnthropology will revolve around humans in the beginning…literally, all the way up to recorded history, approximately 10,000 years ago, rounding up.
The focus then will revolve around 27 sets of bible verses found in both the Old and New Testaments, whose focus can be considered under the scientific branch of anthropology.
The point is this:
while the Holy Bible is of course a religious themed book first and foremost, clearly, it is much more than that.
